What my coaching looks like:
We will meet every other week for 12 weeks. Sessions will be virtual and from the comfort of your own home!
You will have text and email access to me between sessions for your questions and roadblocks.
Your sessions are tailored specifically to you. No two clients are the same, so your 12-week plan is designed to reflect what YOU need to reach your goals.
We will complete a full assessment to find out where you are starting and where you want to go. To best understand you and your unique needs and challenges, we will go over your health history, eating style/pattern, sleep, exercise, social life, support, emotional health, and self-care habits. I may request lab work. Based on this information and your personal goals, we will begin the work to improve your relationship with food & your body.
Each week we will work through intuitive eating skills tailored to address your specific needs and struggles keeping your from true food freedom. Common topics are: eating regular meals, meal planning, food acceptance (good/bad foods), discovering your hunger and fullness cues, development of new strategies to cope emotionally without food, body acceptance work, and honoring your health with gentle nutrition and movement.
This is the time to take what you have learned and turn it into real-life practice! During the entire 3 months, you will be able to use the new skills you’ve learned, with my support along the entire way. Fine-tune any concepts from earlier weeks, or add new lessons if needed. When your 12 weeks are completed, you’ll be leaps and bounds away from where you started. You’ll be confident in your ability to eat well and honor your body at the size it was meant to be.
